When you register or are enrolled by your employer or administrator, we may collect:
Identity & Contact Details: Full name, Employee ID, email address, phone number, role/designation, and department.
Employment & Financial Data: Work shift timings, salary/wage details, allowances, deductions, bank account details for payroll processing, and leave records.
Precise and Approximate Location: The App requires access to your device's GPS location strictly during attendance check-in and check-out to verify your physical presence at designated office or work-site geofenced locations.
Background Tracking: We do not continuously track your location in the background when the App is closed, unless explicitly enabled for active field operations.
Camera Access: The App uses the camera to capture your photo during attendance check-in.
Facial Recognition: The App uses on-device machine learning technologies, including Google ML Kit and TensorFlow Lite, to detect and match facial features for identity verification and anti-spoofing attendance confirmation.
Biometric Processing: Facial embedding vector data is processed securely and used solely for workforce verification.
We may collect device identifiers, operating system information, application logs, and authentication tokens associated with the use of Google Firebase services.
We use the collected information for legitimate employment and operational purposes, including:
Attendance Tracking: Verifying employee identity, location, and timestamps for check-in and check-out.
Payroll & Overtime Calculations: Computing monthly salaries, overtime (OT), leave-related calculations, and deductions.
Leave Management: Facilitating leave applications, approvals, and leave-balance management.
Site Geofencing & Security: Ensuring attendance is logged within authorized company premises or designated work locations.
Account & App Security: Authenticating user logins and preventing unauthorized access, misuse, or fraud.
We utilize trusted third-party cloud and technology services to provide the App's functionality.
Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage, may be used for:

Application-related data synchronization

Google ML Kit and TensorFlow Lite may be used for on-device facial detection and feature recognition.
Mapping and location-related services may be used for displaying locations and supporting location visualization within the App.

Your data is stored using secured cloud infrastructure and appropriate access controls. Role-based access controls are used to restrict access to sensitive employee records.
Only authorized personnel, such as HR and Payroll administrators, may access employee information according to their assigned responsibilities.
We retain personal, attendance, and payroll records for as long as necessary to fulfill employment obligations, organizational requirements, and applicable statutory or legal retention requirements.
Employees and users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data, subject to applicable legal and employment-record retention requirements.
You can request account deletion directly from the Profile / Settings section within the App, where this functionality is available.

The App is intended strictly for authorized employees, contractors, and workforce personnel aged 18 and above.
