By using SubExchange, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. SubExchange reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of such changes. 

SubExchange is a platform that helps YouTube channel owners gain free subscribers, views, likes, and comments through interaction exchanges. Users must subscribe, view, like, or comment on other YouTube channels to earn credits, which can then be used to promote their own channels. There are daily limits to the number of interactions a user can perform. 

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and YouTube’s terms of service.

• Avoid any attempts to exploit or manipulate the platform, such as subscribing to a channel and then immediately unsubscribing. Any such activity will result in the suspension or termination of your account.

• Provide accurate information when using the app and refrain from creating multiple accounts to abuse the system.

You agree not to use SubExchange to promote or exchange interactions for content that:

• Intends to scam, mislead, bait, or deceive other users.

• Contains pornography, nudity, or explicit adult content.

• Encourages self-destructive behavior or involves violence and dangerous activities.

• Violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

If any content you promote violates these terms, your account may be blocked without prior notice.

SubExchange is primarily based on interaction exchanges. However, users may also purchase additional credits or features via in-app purchases. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways, and users must comply with the platform’s payment terms. 

SubExchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You are found abusing the system, such as subscribing and unsubscribing from channels.

• You promote content that violates the platform’s content guidelines.

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities while using the app.

• You break the Terms of Service at any of the sites we link to. 

• Use Auto-Clickers, Bots or any kind of Automation. 

• Buy or Sell SubExchange accounts

If your account is suspended or terminated, you will lose access to any accumulated credits or purchases without refund.

SubExchange is not responsible for any issues that arise from using the app, including but not limited to technical problems, loss of data, or any other disruptions. The app is provided "as is," and SubExchange disclaims all warranties, express or implied. 

SubExchange may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via in-app notifications
