At Subexchange, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We collect certain personal information when you use the Subexchange app, specifically through Google Sign-In. The information we collect includes:

• User Name: Your display name as provided by Google.

• Email Address: The email address associated with your Google account.

• Profile Picture: Your Google profile picture.

• Google User ID: A unique identifier associated with your Google account.

• idToken: A token provided by Google, which is used for authentication and to verify your identity.

We do not collect device information, location data, or usage analytics beyond what is gathered by third-party services. Additionally, we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

We collect personal information when you sign in to the app using Google’s authentication services. This information is provided directly by Google when you give your consent during the sign-in process.

In addition, we use third-party services such as:

• Google Sign-In, which is used to authenticate users and verify their identity. The app collects the following user information including User Name, Email Address, Profile Picture, Google User Id, Id Token. This information is only used for authentication and to ensure a secure and personalized user experience. We do not collect device information, location data, or any other personal information beyond what is provided by the user during the authentication process. 

• Firebase Analytics, which is used to gather anonymous app usage data, such as how users interact with the app, feature usage, and session data. This data helps us analyze user behavior to improve the app experience. It does not include personally identifiable information (PII). 

• Google AdMob, is used to display ads within the app. While AdMob may collect certain information to serve personalized ads, this is handled directly by Google and is not linked to the personal information collected during sign-in. 

We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

• User Authentication and Account Management: Your Google account is used to verify your identity and manage your account within the app.

• App Analytics: We use Google Analytics to monitor app performance and user engagement, which helps us improve the functionality and user experience of SubExchange.

• Advertising: Google AdMob allows us to generate revenue by displaying ads. However, we do not share any personal data with advertisers, and the ads displayed are managed by Google’s advertising network.

We are committed to safeguarding your data. The personal information we collect is securely stored and protected using industry-standard security protocols, including encryption and secure servers. We do not store sensitive information, such as payment details or personal identifiers beyond what is collected during Google sign-in.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security but employ the best practices to minimize risks.

We only share your personal information with third-party services to enhance the functionality of the app:

• Google Analytics: For tracking and analyzing app usage, to help us understand user behavior and improve the app.

• Google AdMob: For displaying ads in the app, which may involve sharing non-personal data to serve relevant ads.

We do not share or sell your personal data (such as your email, name, or profile picture) to third-party advertisers or other external entities beyond these services.

SubExchange is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe that a child under 13 has used our app, please contact us immediately. 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any updates will be posted within the app. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
