*** Booking Procedure ***

• A booking is considered confirmed once a 50% deposit has been paid into one of the following accounts:

Krungthai Bank (KTB) | Savings Account | Tha Yang Branch (Phetchaburi) | 704-0-40394-3 | Account Name: Baan Suan Phet Co., Ltd.

• Cancellations must be made in writing:

--Cancellations made 11–15 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 30% of the total booking amount.

- Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable; the full deposit will be forfeited. 

- Booking dates may be rescheduled, provided that notice is given at least 15 days before the original arrival date.

• Children under 5 years old stay for free; children aged 6–12 years are subject to an additional charge of 300 THB.
