1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using "The Stylist," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Disclaimer: Entertainment Purposes Only
AI Advice: The App uses Artificial Intelligence to provide fashion feedback and style scores. This information is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that the advice will result in social success or professional advancement.
"Roast" Feature: The App includes a "Roast" feature designed to provide humorous, critical, and harsh feedback. By using this feature, you acknowledge its satirical nature and waive any claims regarding emotional distress.
Shopping Decisions: We are not responsible for any clothing purchases or financial decisions you make based on the App’s recommendations.
3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
Virtual Currency: You may purchase "Credits" to perform analyses. These credits have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.
Refund Policy: All purchases are processed directly by Apple. All sales are final. We do not have the ability to issue cash refunds. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.
Technical Errors & Credit Restoration: In the rare event of a technical error (e.g., app crash) where you lose a credit without receiving a result, please contact us at help.subflow@gmail.com. We will verify the error and manually restore your lost credits. We are committed to fair service.
4. Subscriptions If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
5. User Conduct You agree not to upload content that is illegal, explicit, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, "The Stylist" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
