A: Yes, a subscription is required to use the AI hairstyle transformation feature. You can browse hairstyles for free, but transforming them onto your photo requires an active subscription.
Q: How many transformations can I do per day?
A: Subscribers receive 8 transformations per day. This limit resets every 24 hours at midnight.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Find Styleup and tap Cancel Subscription
Q: Can I restore my subscription on a new device?
A: Yes. Open the app on your new device and go to Settings. Tap "Restore Purchases" to restore your subscription.
Technical Issues
Q: The app is not generating hairstyles. What should I do?
A: Please check the following:
Ensure you have an active internet connection
Make sure your subscription is active
Check if you have used all 8 daily transformations
Try restarting the app
Q: My photo is not uploading. What can I do?
A: Make sure you have granted the app permission to access your camera or photo library. Go to Settings, find Styleup, and enable Camera and Photos access.
Q: The generated image does not look right.
A: For best results:
Use a clear, well-lit photo
Face the camera directly
Ensure your face is not partially covered
Try a different photo if results are not satisfactory
Privacy and Data
Q: Are my photos stored on your servers?
A: No. Your photos are processed temporarily to generate the hairstyle preview and are not stored on our servers. Photos are deleted immediately after processing.
