By downloading, accessing, or using the Style Me mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Style Me utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze photographs of clothing and outfits uploaded by the user. The App provides generated information regarding color palettes, style categorization, and fashion advice ("Service").
Accuracy: You acknowledge that the fashion advice, color analysis, and outfit scoring are generated by an AI system. The App does not guarantee 100% accuracy, objectivity, or professional styling standards.
Entertainment Purposes Only: The advice provided is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It should not be considered professional fashion consultation.
No Liability: We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the advice provided by the App (e.g., purchasing clothing items or styling decisions).
Your Photos: You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant Style Me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process the image specifically to provide the analysis.
Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to upload images that contain:
Nudity or sexually explicit content.
Hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.
Images of other people without their consent.
Termination: We reserve the right to ban any user who uploads prohibited content or violates these terms.
All rights, title, and interest in the App (including software, design, logos, and AI algorithms) belong to OUHRICH. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify the App.
If the App offers a subscription (e.g., "Pro Stylist Mode"), payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name/Your Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
