The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide key styling features. The AI components process user data to deliver personalized styling suggestions, outfit recommendations, or automated features. All AI processing is performed in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws.
Our app includes features that analyze face structure (e.g., to recommend haircuts, glasses, hats, and accessories) and perform virtual try-ons. To protect user privacy, we adhere to strict standards regarding face data and personal photos:
Collection and Intended Use: To utilize these features, you must select or take a photo of yourself. The Application does not extract, collect, or store biometric face signatures or facial measurement data. The photos are processed visually and solely to classify overall face shapes and suggest styling options.
Data Sharing & Third Parties: The selected photo is securely transmitted over HTTPS to trusted third-party AI services (OpenAI, Groq, and Replicate) for transient real-time analysis. We confirm that any third-party service provider with whom the Application shares data is bound by strict agreements to provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention: Your photos are processed in real-time. No face images or face data are retained or stored on any external or third-party server after the real-time styling analysis is completed.
Data Deletion & How to Revoke Consent: The analyzed photo is saved only locally on your device's secure sandbox for your personal styling profile history.
To Delete Your Data: You can permanently delete this local photo at any time by tapping the "Delete" (trash) icon in the app.
To Revoke Consent: You can revoke your consent for AI data processing at any time by clearing your styling profile, opting out of using these features, or contacting us at codealphainfotech@gmail.com.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
User-Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law. (Note: Face and body images sent to AI services are not retained externally at all; they are processed in real-time and immediately discarded).
Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (codealphainfotech@gmail.com) so they can take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action (such as clicking "Agree & Proceed" on the AI Data Disclosure in the app). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
