StyleMaker built the Style King app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by StyleMaker and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Style King unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Device IDs. The information that we request will be retained by StyleMaker and used as described in this privacy policy.
StyleMaker does not intentionally collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users. We do not operate any servers that receive our users’ personal data, as we genuinely respect user privacy. We may use servers only for additional optional functionality that improves the user experience, but this does not involve any user privacy risk. The app’s keyboard (IME) feature accesses text you type solely to provide on-device keyboard functionality no keystroke data is stored, logged, or transmitted.
Our app does not collect any personal data directly from users. However, third-party services integrated into the app may collect limited data as described in their respective privacy policies.

Keyboard / Input Method (IME) – Important Notice
Required Disclosure for Keyboard Apps
Style King includes a full keyboard feature built using Android InputMethodService (IME).
Because this keyboard operates as your active input method, Android’s IME framework gives it technical
access to text you type in any app including passwords, messages, and personal information.
This is a standard technical characteristic of all Android keyboard apps, required for the keyboard to function.
Please read the section below to understand exactly how we handle this access.
Style King does not intentionally transmit keystrokes, typed text, or personal keyboard input to any server.
Core keyboard functionality is designed for local-only processing.
Android System Warning Notice
When you enable any third-party keyboard on Android, the operating system displays a system-level warning stating that the keyboard may collect all typed text. This warning is automatically shown by Android for all custom keyboards and is a platform-wide requirement of the Android OS-it is not specific to Style King This warning should not be interpreted as evidence that Style King actively collects or stores typed data.
Style King’s actual privacy practices regarding keyboard input are:

Keyboard / IME Data Handling
What the Keyboard Can Technically Access
While our keyboard is your active input method, Android passes text from the currently-focused text field to it via the standard IME API. Depending on what you are typing, this may include:
Text messages, emails, and social media content
Passwords and login credentials
Search queries, web addresses, and personal information
Any other text entered in any app while our keyboard is active
Our Firm Commitments
What we DO:
✓ Process all text input entirely on your device, in real time, only to provide keyboard functions (key layout, autocorrect, word prediction).
✓ Process typed content temporarily and only as necessary for immediate keyboard functionality, such as text entry, autocorrect, and word prediction.
✓ Store personalised word suggestions locally on your device only — never transmitted anywhere.
✓ Automatically disable voice input when the cursor is in a password field or any other sensitive text field.
What we do NOT do:
✗ Record, log, or store any keystrokes or text you type.
✗ Transmit any typed text — including passwords, messages, or personal data — to our servers or any third party.
✗ Share keyboard input, typed text, passwords, or any private keyboard content with AdMob, Firebase, Meta Audience Network, analytics providers, or any other third-party SDK.
✗ Use typed content for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond on-device keyboard functionality.
✗ Access text in any app beyond what the focused text field provides through Android’s standard IME framework.
✗ Monitor keystrokes or activate the microphone in the background.
Summary
Style King is designed so that keyboard input remains local to your device for core functionality.
We do not intentionally collect, store, sell, or transmit your typed content to any server.
On-Device Processing
All keyboard functions autocorrect, word prediction, emoji suggestions, keyboard themes, and layout rendering are processed entirely on your device. Core keyboard typing functionality operates locally on-device. Internet access may be used only for optional services such as advertisements, analytics, updates, or cloud-based speech recognition where applicable.
Voice Input – Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO Permission)
We use the RECORD_AUDIO permission to power an optional voice-to-text feature. Here is exactly how it works:
Activation – only when you tap:
The microphone is activated only when you explicitly tap the microphone icon on the keyboard. It is never activated automatically or in the background.
A clear permission dialog is shown before microphone access is granted, explaining it is needed only for voice typing. You can allow or decline. If you previously declined permanently, the app guides you to Android Settings rather than asking repeatedly.
How audio is processed:
On Android 13 (API 33) and above: if your device supports on-device speech recognition, audio is processed fully on your device and never leaves it.
On Android 12 and below, or when phonetic multilingual input is enabled: Android’s standard SpeechRecognizer API is used. Audio may be routed to Google’s Speech Recognition service ephemerally processed in real time and immediately discarded. We do not store or retain any audio ourselves. Certain optional voice recognition features may rely on Android or Google speech recognition services, which process audio under their own privacy policies. Style King does not own, store, or control such third-party speech processing.
In both cases: we do not record, store, or retain any audio. We do not transmit audio to our own servers.
Password field protection:
If our keyboard detects that the current input field is designated by Android as sensitive (such as password fields, or other protected input fields), voice input is automatically disabled and the microphone feature becomes unavailable for that session. This safeguard is designed to help protect sensitive information from being processed through voice typing.
Revoking microphone permission:
Settings → Apps → Style King → Permissions → Microphone → Deny
Revoking microphone access disables voice input only. All other keyboard features continue to work normally.
Controlling or Removing the Keyboard
Switch keyboard: Settings → General Management → Language and Input → On-screen Keyboard
Uninstall: Removing Style King fully removes the keyboard and deletes all locally stored keyboard data.
App Permissions – Full Disclosure
Every permission in this app is used only for the specific purpose stated. No permission is used beyond its stated scope.
INTERNET
Why It Is Needed: Load and display advertisements (AdMob); send analytics data (Firebase); and support any additional optional features that improve user experience.
What It Does NOT Do: Not used to transmit keyboard input, keystrokes, or typed text.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Why It Is Needed: Check network availability before making ad or analytics requests.
What It Does NOT Do: No personal data accessed.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
Why It Is Needed: Optimise ad loading when connected to Wi-Fi.
What It Does NOT Do: No personal data accessed.
AD_ID (Advertising ID)
Why It Is Needed: Required by AdMob to serve relevant ads. Resettable at any time: Android Settings → Google → Ads.
What It Does NOT Do: Not linked to keyboard input. Not used to track typed content.
RECORD_AUDIO
Why It Is Needed: Powers optional voice-to-text when you tap the microphone icon. Auto-disabled on all password fields.
What It Does NOT Do: Not activated in background. Audio not stored or transmitted by us.
VIBRATE
Why It Is Needed: Optional haptic feedback on key taps.
What It Does NOT Do: No data access of any kind.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 and below only)
Why It Is Needed: Saves images you create in the App to the Style King folder inside your Pictures directory.
What It Does NOT Do: Not used by the keyboard. Not applicable on Android 10 and above.
BIND_INPUT_METHOD
Why It Is Needed: Required by Android to register this app as a valid IME so it appears in the keyboard selector.
What It Does NOT Do: Does not grant access beyond the standard IME framework for the focused text field.

Storage Access
Our app requests permission to access your device’s storage only to save the images you create within the app. To make it easier for you to find and view your saved images, the app creates a dedicated folder named Style King, located inside the Pictures directory on your device.
All saved images are stored in this folder so you can easily find and view them. We do not access any other files, folders, or personal data on your device. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy.
We do not access, read, or upload any of your personal files.
Storage access is used only for saving images generated by you within this app.
All files remain on your device and are fully controlled by you.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Service Providers

Third-party SDKs integrated in this app do not have access to keyboard input data. No typed text, keystrokes, or voice audio is passed to any third-party SDK.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

Data Deletion Right
Style King’s keyboard (IME) functionality processes text input only on your device and does not intentionally store, transmit, or collect any keystroke data. There is therefore no keyboard-related personal data held by us that is subject to deletion.
We do not collect any personal data such as your name, email, phone number, or other identifiable information. If we have collected any of your personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, or erase the data maintained by us.
You may request a change / delete to your personal data by contacting us by referring the issue via email.
