Welcome to the iSTEM at National Chengchi University, led by Dr. Shin-Ting Wu. Our research focuses on how modern memory-storage architectures and systems, intelligent data systems, and emerging computing technologies work together to advance the next generation of data infrastructure. We’re particularly interested in developing efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions for data-intensive applications.
The Intelligent System Technologies and Emerging Memories Laboratory (iSTEM Lab) focuses on optimizing nonvolatile memory (NVM) systems. Our research direction integrates energy-efficient design and AI/ML technologies, dedicated to the development and application of emerging memory technologies for next-generation. We focus on developing energy-efficient, high-performance storage and memory architecture solutions. By integrating innovative system designs with advanced data infrastructure optimization techniques, our goal is to significantly improve the performance of future intelligent computing platforms and environments.
Our work bridges emerging memory technologies, such as NVMs and PMs, with artificial intelligence to enable smarter, faster, and more resilient computing platforms and environments. From advanced storage systems to future data infrastructure, we’re shaping how data is stored, processed, and used more efficiently. We sincerely invite you to join iSTEM Lab, engage in collaborative research, tackle technical challenges and issues together, and drive innovation in memory and storage systems. We look forward to cooperating with YOU to realize the vision of intelligent computing platforms and create a more efficient and sustainable memory and storage system in the future.
