Technology has grown significantly over the years making it more powerful than ever. If these technologies are used for the wrong reasons like warfare, they may cause more chaos than ever before. Cyber technology is defined as computer technology, especially when it involves the internet or cyberspace. When it is used to disrupt or harm another state or country, this can be seen as an act of cyber warfare.
