We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To communicate with you regarding your event, confirm booking details, and provide updates.

• To process payments and issue receipts and invoices.

• To deliver the requested services, including photography, videography, and digital content.

• To share promotional content, only if you’ve opted in to receive such communications.

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by law.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: An advance payment is required to secure your event date. This advance is non-refundable and is deducted from the total service fee.

• Full Payment on Event Day: The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the event. We will not deliver any content, including photos, videos, or raw footage, until full payment has been received.

• Non-payment: If full payment is not made on the event day, we reserve the right to withhold all content, including digital files and final edits, until payment is completed.
  
  

5. Social Media & Portfolio Use

By hiring Films by Stunning Creation, you grant us permission to showcase your images and videos on our social media platforms and in our portfolio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested. You may opt out of this use by informing us in writing prior to or at the time of booking.

6. Opt-Out & Data Retention

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by contacting us directly.

• Data Retention: We retain your personal data and content for up to 3 months after your event. After this period, all information will be securely deleted or anonymized unless required for legal purposes or unless you request extended storage.
  
  

7. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we believe in resolving matters professionally and amicably. Should any issue arise, both parties agree to engage in a professional resolution process. We will make every effort to ensure both sides are treated fairly and respectfully. In case of an unresolved dispute, we are protected by the terms outlined in this agreement and will take necessary legal action if required to uphold our rights.

8. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible service, there are certain limitations:

• Equipment Failure: In the rare event of equipment failure or technical issues, we will make every effort to resolve the situation and deliver the best possible outcome. However, we cannot be held liable for equipment malfunctions that prevent us from capturing your event as planned.

• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or any other factors that may disrupt or delay services.

• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions and access to locations or people necessary for the successful completion of the event. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by the client's failure to do so.
  
  

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this agreement if the other party breaches the terms stated herein. If termination occurs, any payments made are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to withhold services and content until full payment has been made.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India and any legal proceedings will take place within its jurisdiction.
