Booking instructions - FALL 2020 until further notice

  • Check the calendar for available rooms, date, and time slots. During COVID-19 outbreak, all rooms are set to a predetermined 2-hour block and can only be used by 1 person at a time, except for rooms C2212 and C2214 (2 people at a time).

  • Book a room using the "Book a study room" section below, or in the top toolbar.

  • Select day and time in the room calendar and fill in the required fields.

  • If booking is successful, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and your booking will appear in the Study Rooms General Calendar after you refresh this page.

  • To cancel or reschedule a booking, click on the "Cancel" or "Reschedule" links in your booking confirmation e-mail.
