StudyRapidly AI is primarily designed to work offline, offering AI-powered study tools such as document analysis, question answering, and quiz generation directly on your device.

2. Data Collection

We collect minimal data only for Pro users who choose to log in.

Free Users (Offline Mode)

• No personal data is collected

• No tracking or analytics

• No data leaves your device

Pro Users (Login Required)

When you log in using Firebase Authentication, we may collect:

• Name (if available from provider)

• Email address

• User ID (Firebase UID)

This data is used only for authentication and account management.

3. User-Provided Content

Users can upload documents (PDFs, notes, images).

• All documents are processed locally on your device

• Files are not uploaded to any server

• We do not access or store your documents

4. AI Processing

All AI features (question answering, summarization, quiz generation) are executed:

✅ 100% offline on your device
❌ No cloud processing
❌ No external API calls

5. Data Storage

• Documents and study data → stored locally on your device

• Account data (Pro users) → stored securely via Firebase Authentication

You can:

• Delete local data anytime

• Remove your account by contacting us

6. Internet Usage

The app may use internet only for:

• Firebase Authentication (Pro login)

No study data, documents, or queries are transmitted over the internet.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase Authentication for Pro user login.

Firebase may collect and process:

• Email address

• Authentication data

• Device-related metadata (as per Google’s policies)

We do not use:

• Ads SDKs

• Tracking services

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

The only exception is:

StudyRapidly AI does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Since the app operates mostly offline, it is generally safe for all users.

• Firebase Authentication uses industry-standard security practices
