Nexora (Hafeni Jerman) ("we," "us," or "our") operates the StudyNam mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our App.

1.1 Search Data

The App allows users to enter search queries which are processed using AI. We collect and store:

• The content of the searches you submit

• Your most recent search, which is retained so it can be shown to you again (e.g., when you reopen the App)

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Depending on how the App is configured, we may also automatically collect:

• Device information (device type, operating system, app version)

• Usage data (features used, session duration, crash logs)

• IP address, for security and abuse-prevention purposes

1.3 Account Information (if applicable)

If the App requires or offers account creation, we may collect an email address or other sign-in identifier to associate your searches and settings with your account.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and operate the AI search functionality

• Save and display your most recent search

• Improve the App's performance, reliability, and features

• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse

• Communicate with you about the App, if you have provided contact information

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase — a backend and database service used to store and manage App data, including your search queries. Supabase may process and store this data on our behalf on servers it operates or hosts. We encourage you to review Supabase's Privacy Policy to understand how they handle data.

• Google Gemini API — when you submit a search that does not already have a stored answer, your search query is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. This means your search content is processed by Google as part of answering your query. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy to understand how they handle data submitted to their AI services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your most recent search until it is overwritten by a new search, deleted by you, or your account/data is deleted. Other usage data may be retained for as long as necessary to operate and improve the App, or as required by law.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including relying on Supabase's built-in security infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including where Supabase's servers are located. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
