Welcome to week 4 of Overview of the Bible. We are so glad to see you here.
After watching the video, preflect on the following questions! The Old Testament is so important in building our foundation of who God is and the story we have as believers.
Looking at the chronological order of the Bible, as well as other history components (the Arc, world history parallel to Bible history, etc), discuss with us how your perception and understanding of Bible stories has changed. Has using the resources provided and doing some research while reading Bible stories added to your Bible reading experience?
What are some historical points that occurred during the Arc that you found interesting from last week? Building on those thoughts, how does that information prepare us for what we are learning about this week?

Bonus Activity: Brain Dump
A Brain Dump allows us to dump out all the information that we have gathered up. Using the three areas that are listed, Old Testament, Inter-testamental & New Testament, add any and all information relevant to what we have learned up to this point. Write your thoughts on a piece of paper and add it to your notes. This allows you to see what you have gathered so far during your studies!
