1. Introduction Welcome to Study Hall Partner. This application is designed exclusively for Study Hall administrators to manage their seating, enrollment, and facility records. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information processed through our application.

2. Information We Collect Because this is a management dashboard, the data collected is primarily inputted by the Study Hall Owner. This includes:

• Administrator Data: Login credentials (Username/Hall ID and password) used to authenticate the facility owner.

• Student/Client Data: To provide seat management services, the app processes data inputted by the administrator, which may include student names, phone numbers, seat assignments, and uploaded images for enrollment verification.

3. How We Use the Information The data collected is strictly used to provide the core functionality of the app, including:

• Authenticating the Study Hall Owner's access to their specific dashboard.

• Displaying real-time seat occupancy and pending enrollment approvals.

• Processing administrative actions (e.g., approving seats, moving students, or vacating seats).

4. Data Sharing and Security We act as a data processor for the Study Hall Owner. We do not sell, rent, or trade any administrative or student data to third parties. All data is transmitted securely to our dedicated backend cloud server.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Data is only retained for as long as it is needed to provide the service:

• Student Data: When an administrator vacates a seat, the associated student data is immediately cleared from that active seat record.

• Facility Data: If a Study Hall terminates its partnership with us, all associated facility credentials and student data are permanently erased from our active databases.
