StudyEmpireX is not responsible for technical issues such as internet failure, device incompatibility, or delayed courier services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products (PDF Notes)

Once downloaded or accessed, NO REFUND will be issued.
This is standard for digital goods.

2. Printed Notes

Refund or replacement is available only if:

1. Wrong product delivered 2. Damaged product received 3. Missing pages

Customer must report within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

3. Custom Study Material

Since this is personalized work, payments cannot be refunded once creation begins.

4. Order Cancellation

1. Digital orders cannot be cancelled after payment. 2. Printed orders can be cancelled only before printing begins.
