Study Bubble Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

Study Bubble ("Study Bubble," "we," "us," or "our") is a study and productivity app designed to help users focus, organize tasks, and plan their study time.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Study Bubble collects, how information is used, and the choices available to users.

1. Information We Collect

Study Bubble is designed to minimize the information it collects.

Information You Enter

Study Bubble may allow you to enter information such as:

This information is used to provide the app's functionality.

Currently, Study Bubble does not require users to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number, or other contact information to use the app.

Information Collected Automatically

Study Bubble currently does not use advertising networks, third-party analytics services, or third-party tracking SDKs.

We do not intentionally collect precise location information, contacts, photos, messages, or other personal information unless a future feature specifically requires such information and the app provides appropriate notice and, where required, obtains permission.

2. How We Use Information

Information entered into Study Bubble is used to provide the app's features, including:

We do not sell personal information.

We do not currently use information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. Where Your Information Is Stored

Study Bubble's current features are designed so that information entered into the app is stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Because information may be stored on your device, deleting the Study Bubble app or using the device's available data-management features may remove locally stored app information.

If Study Bubble introduces cloud storage, account features, synchronization, or other services that transmit information from the device, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain those practices before or when those features become available.

4. Children's and Teen Users' Privacy

Study Bubble is intended to be suitable for a general audience.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Study Bubble.

Study Bubble currently does not require users to provide personal information such as a name, email address, phone number, or physical address to use its core features.

If we introduce a feature that requires the collection of personal information from children under 13, we will take steps required by applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to Study Bubble may contact us using the contact information below.

5. Sharing of Information

Study Bubble does not currently sell, rent, or share users' personal information with third parties for advertising or behavioral tracking.

Study Bubble currently does not use third-party advertising or analytics services.

If we add third-party services in the future that receive information from the app, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe the relevant services, information involved, and purposes for sharing.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by Study Bubble to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Because Study Bubble's current core information is stored locally on the user's device, the security of that information may also depend on the security features of the user's device, including its passcode and operating-system security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Study Bubble does not currently maintain a server-side account containing users' task or planner information.

Information stored locally by the app remains on the user's device until it is deleted through the app or otherwise removed through the device's available data-management functions.

If Study Bubble introduces server-side accounts or cloud storage in the future, this section will be updated to explain applicable retention and deletion procedures.

8. Third-Party Services

Study Bubble currently does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

The app may rely on services provided by Apple and the operating system to function on supported Apple devices. Study Bubble does not use those services for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Third-party services may be added in future versions of Study Bubble. If that occurs, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

9. Your Privacy Choices

Because Study Bubble currently does not require an account or collect contact information, there is no account-registration process that users need to use to access or change their personal information.

Users can manage information stored locally by Study Bubble through the app and through the data-management features provided by their device.

If you have a privacy question or believe that Study Bubble may have collected personal information about you, you may contact us using the information below.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Study Bubble's features, data practices, or applicable legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means appropriate to the nature of the change.
