End User License Agreement (EULA)
These Terms and Conditions apply to all apps, games, and websites developed and owned by Muhammad Afzal Hanif(“Muhammad Afzal Hanif,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Agreement Overview
By using our apps or websites, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our products. By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
For users processing personal data of residents in the European Economic Area (EEA), muahmmad afzal hanif Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies alongside this Agreement. In case of conflict, the DPA takes precedence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after updates means you accept the revised terms. We also reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of our products at any time without notice.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our products for unlawful activities under U.S. law or any other applicable jurisdiction. Misuse or violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, with or without notice.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our products on a single device you own or control.
You may not:
Modify, resell, distribute, or create derivative works of our products.
Share the product across multiple devices.
All ownership and intellectual property rights remain with muhammad afzal hanif. Any violation of these terms terminates this Agreement automatically.
Your Data
We do not collect personal data (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers) unless you provide it voluntarily (e.g., via support requests).
Any personal data you share is kept confidential and used only to respond to your requests.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.
Advertising Data
For apps with ads, we may collect non-personal data (e.g., Google Advertiser ID) for personalized ads outside the EU.
Within the EU, only non-personalized ads are displayed, subject to your consent.
You can manage ad tracking in your device settings.
Cookies
We do not use cookies directly. However, third-party advertisers or analytics providers may use cookies. You can review their policies and opt out if desired.

Non-Advertising Apps
If an app does not display third-party ads, the ad-related terms above do not apply.

We may disclose data if required by law, to prevent fraud or illegal activity, to protect our rights, or with your consent.
Opting Out
You may opt out of ad tracking by disabling ads in your device settings or purchasing the ad-free version of the app (if available).
EU users will only see non-personalized ads unless they consent to personalized ads.
Age Restrictions
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If a child provides personal data, it will be deleted promptly.
Parents or guardians may contact us regarding children’s data.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our products means you accept the updated Terms.
