Depending on the user role, we may collect:

• Attendance records

• Subject performance data

• Learning interactions within the app

C. Technical & Usage Information

• Device type and operating system

• App usage logs

• Crash reports

• Basic diagnostic data

This data is collected to improve functionality, security, and performance.

• Enable school and classroom management

4. Children’s Privacy

StudxAI is used by students under the supervision of schools.

• Student accounts are created only by authorized administrators.

• Students cannot independently sign up.

• Student data is used strictly for educational purposes 

• We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal data from children.

• School Consent: We rely on the school to obtain parental consent for the collection of student data for educational purposes.

• Data Limitation: We only process student personal information for the purpose of providing educational services under the direction of the School .

• Parental Rights: Parents may request to review, correct, or delete their child’s information by contacting their school administrator or emailing us at support@softexcloudsolutions.com .

Parents or schools may request correction or deletion of student information by contacting us.

5. Data Storage and Security

StudXAI uses secure third-party cloud services including Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and data storage. 

We implement appropriate safeguards including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)

• Secure authentication systems

• Role-based access controls

• Restricted administrative access

While we take reasonable measures to protect data, no system can guarantee complete security.

6. Third-Party Services

StudXAI uses the following core service providers:

• Firebase Authentication

• Firebase Firestore Database

• Firebase Cloud Hosting / Infrastructure

• Firebase Storage

These services process data solely to enable app functionality and are bound by their own privacy and security policies.

We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Schools may request deletion of student accounts and related information.

Schools, administrators, or authorized users may:
