Payment Options

Sessions are reserved only after payment is received. We complete payment beforehand so your Studio Stables session is spent riding and learning, not handling transactions. We accept Paypal, Venmo, credit and debit cards. 

Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancelling a Lesson

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or credit toward another lesson.

• Less than 48 hours: Fee is forfeited (except in emergencies).

• No-shows: Fee is forfeited.

Rescheduling / Makeup Lessons

• You can reschedule within 30 days, based on availability.

• Makeups are one per scheduled session, additional makeup lessons are at the instructor’s discretion.

Emergency & Weather Policy

• Unsafe weather or instructor emergencies? We’ll notify you promptly and offer a full refund or reschedule.

• Student emergencies will be handled case by case.
