Synopsis

Duncan Press, owner of the independent Team GaryFly Racing, carries the heavy legacy of his late father, monster truck icon Gary "Fly" Press. He enters the U.S. Stadium Tour of Monster Flame, a new, professional league aimed at teens and young adults.

Alongside his 17-year-old sister and data prodigy Eva, his girlfriend and crew chief Molly, and mechanics Kiyomi and Denzel, Duncan tries to prove himself against well-funded "company drivers" like the arrogant Felix Martin and the aggressive Darwin Kelly. Despite winning the Racing competitions in Atlanta and Nashville, Duncan struggles in the Freestyle rounds. He takes too many risks trying to imitate his father's legendary style, resulting in heavy crashes.

Thanks to Eva's discovery of the "chassis flex" technique and Molly's sharp strategic calls over the headset, Duncan learns to rely on data and teamwork instead of pure emotion. During the thrilling World Finals in Glendale, Arizona, Duncan lets go of his unrealistic dream for a "Double Down" (winning both Racing and Freestyle) and goes all-in for the Freestyle title. He executes flawless, insane jumps and saves, crowning himself the ultimate champion, securing his family's future, and paving the way for Eva's engineering career.

PLOT OUTLINE

Act 1: Duncan introduces GaryFly Racing and registers the team for the new Monster Flame league. Molly steps up as his crew chief.
Act 2: The U.S. Tour begins. Duncan is runner-up at Racing in Atlanta but fails in Freestyle. In Jacksonville, he crashes upside down, prompting Eva to dig into the data and discover how his father used "chassis flex" for saves. In Nashville, he wins Racing, but fails Freestyle once more. He makes the mature decision to drop the "Double Down" fantasy and focus entirely on winning the World Freestyle Championship.
Act 3: The World Finals in Glendale, Arizona. Duncan loses the Racing semi-final to veteran legend Damon Bradshaw. Guided by Eva's precise truck setups and Molly's strategic calls, Duncan delivers a flawless 40-point run in Freestyle, pulling off bizarre jumps and sidewall saves. He wins the championship, honoring his father.
