RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
◦ Rescheduling is free of charge but can only be made not later than 3 days (72 hours) before your confirmed slot. This includes rescheduling requests due to unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, sickness, heavy traffic, changes in client's personal schedule, other appointments and personal circumstances, etc.) that are also beyond our control. An option is to give your slot in advance to your family / friends who can go to the booked schedule on time. Kindly provide us the details of your representative/s should you decide to transfer your slot to someone else.
◦ Reschedule date requested must be within the same month of the original booked schedule and selected only from the available slots. This includes rescheduling requests due to unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, sickness, heavy traffic, changes in client's personal schedule, other appointments and personal circumstances, etc.) that are also beyond our control.
◦ Cancellation can only be made not later than 3 days (72 hours) before the booked schedule with a fee of Php 300. This includes cancellation requests due to unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, sickness, heavy traffic, changes in client's personal schedule, other appointments and personal circumstances, etc.) that are also beyond our control.
◦ Cancellation and rescheduling request submitted within 3 days before the confirmed slot will not be accommodated and is not eligible for a refund. This includes refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, sickness, heavy traffic, changes in client's personal schedule, other appointments and personal circumstances, etc.) that are also beyond our control.
◦ If the booked schedule is within 3 days from the booking request date, it is automatically not eligible for both reschedule and cancellation. This includes reschedule and cancellation requests due to unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, sickness, heavy traffic, changes in client's personal schedule, other appointments and personal circumstances, etc.) that are also beyond our control.
◦ Clients who cannot or do not show up during the reserved time slot due to personal reasons including unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies, sickness, heavy traffic, changes in client's personal schedule, other appointments, other personal circumstances, etc. (that are also beyond our control) are not eligible for both rescheduling and refund.
◦ If clients will be late, we can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. Clients who arrive later than 30 minutes of the scheduled time will no longer be accommodated and will not be eligible for a refund. This includes reasons due to unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, sickness, heavy traffic, changes in client's personal schedule, other appointments and personal circumstances, etc.) that are also beyond our control. They may reschedule within the same day, "ONLY IF" there is an available slot for the day and will be charged 300Php.
◦ Clients who are already 25 mins late will not be eligible for the concept studio session. The included time and number of soft copies for the concept studio session is not transferable to the self-photo session for late clients. No refund will be given. This includes reasons due to unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, sickness, heavy traffic, changes in client's personal schedule, other appointments and personal circumstances, etc.) that are also beyond our control.
The policies stated above were set to ensure quality service to all clients that are scheduled for the day, as a delay in one session will affect our services to the succeeding ones, as well as to be fair to all clients, in general.
