You will improve your cardiovascular health and build strength through lifting weights. An afternoon class, ideal for after work or school pick up. If you do not have children but would like to join us anyway, you are more than welcome. Children are welcome too!๐ Day: Thursday

Baby-carrier Fit, is a Postpartum class designed for Mums 6 weeks+ Postpartum to support and challenge you after birth and into Motherhood. Workout with your baby close to you in our Ergobaby Omni breeze carriers provided by the studio for you. Focusing on rebuilding core connection and building muscular endurance through functional movement. Unlock a healthier, stronger version of yourself, connect with other mums and enjoy post-workout coffee and Motherhood chats. Suitable from 6 weeks - 12 months.๐ Day: Thursday

Pregnancy Strength, is an empowering class for expecting Mothers to focus on increasing strength, awakening the pelvic floor muscles and increasing endurance throughout their Pregnancy journey. Preparing the body and mind for a strong labour and birth, as well as a quicker Postpartum recovery. Meet our wonderful community and share your experience together. If you already have children, you are welcome to bring them along with you.๐ Dailyย

An opportunity for members to use the gym independently for 1 hour. Upto 4 memeber max at one time. Grow in confidence and come and workout in a private environment. You are welcome to bring your child along, but they are your responsibility for the time you are in the studio and if other members are using the open gym with you, please be respectful to one another and keep your child within the mini gym as much as possible.๐ Day: Tuesday and Friday

Babs & Barbells, is a fun and empowering class for mums to bring their baby/toddler along as they lift, sweat and build strength, while connecting with likeminded mums. A mini gym area for little ones to play and enjoy or they can watch or join in, anything goes! Focus on your workout without the need for childcare. All fitness levels are welcome, learn how to lift weight correctly and improve posture. Recommended age 10 months - 5 years.๐ Day: Wednesday

Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will target your lower body with effective exercises to help achieve your glute goals.
