The collected data is used solely for the operation and functionality of the App, including:

• Monitoring room availability

• Handling check-ins and check-outs

• Generating booking summaries and reports

• Providing core features of the App

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data entered into the App is stored locally on the user’s device.

• The App does not store user data on external servers.

• The developer does not have access to any user-entered data.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

Booking Book does not sell, trade, or share personal or business data with third parties.

However, the App uses RevenueCat, a third-party service, for managing subscriptions.

• RevenueCat may collect limited purchase-related and app usage data required to process subscriptions

• This data does not include guest or booking information

• Data shared with RevenueCat is handled according to their own privacy policies

The App requires an internet connection solely for subscription validation and management via RevenueCat.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• When a guest is marked as checked out, and the user updates this status, all data related to that guest is permanently deleted from the App

• If the App is uninstalled, all stored data is permanently removed from the device

• The developer does not retain any user data

7. Subscription and Payments

Booking Book operates on a subscription-based model.

• Subscription payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store and managed via RevenueCat

• The App does not collect or store payment details such as credit card information

8. Children’s Privacy

Booking Book is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
