Please view the eligibility criteria below:

• Official Nonprofit Status: The most crucial criterion is that your organization must be legally recognized as a charitable or nonprofit entity in its country of operation. In the United States, this means having an active 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS. 

• Proof of Status: The organization must be able to provide official documentation to verify its status, such as an IRS determination letter or a state-issued certificate of exemption. 

• Mission-Based: The organization's primary mission should be to operate for the public benefit or for charitable purposes, such as providing relief to the poor, advancing education, promoting human rights, or preserving the environment. 

• Non-governmental Entity: The organization should be independent and not a governmental agency or political organization. 

• Non-discrimination Policy: Many companies require that recipient organizations attest they do not discriminate based on factors such as age, race, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or religion. This is absolutely essential and non-negotiable in order to pursue free service or discounts from Studio Joy.

• Usage Restrictions: Services and products should be for the use of the nonprofit's staff and volunteers to support the organization's mission, not for beneficiaries, members, donors, or for commercial resale. 

• Good Standing: The nonprofit should be in good standing with relevant government authorities and major third-party validation services.

• Budget Size: There may be budget size requirements for your nonprofit to be eligible. This changes and depends on the organization. Please contact us for more information regarding this.

• Geographic Location: Eligibility is restricted to nonprofit organizations based in the United States of America (U.S.) and Canada. Organizations may operate in other countries, but they must be U.S.-based or Canada-based.

• Agreement to Case Study/Testimonial: Your organization must be willing to provide information for a case study or testimonial about how they use our services. 

• Organization Type Exclusions: Exclusions include (but are not limited to) hospitals, government organizations and/or agencies, educational institutions, political / lobbying organizations, social / recreational clubs (some exeptions may be made), business and trade organizations, labor organizations, discriminating organizations (See "Non-discrimination Policy" criteria).

Please keep in mind that occasionally we make exceptions to our criteria above (Non-negotiables include the Non-discrimination Policy, Mission-Based, Good Standing, Usage Restrictions).
