The alarming lack of sports training and recreational venues in the Philippines, particularly in Cebu City, calls for the proposal of a good architectural program and design solution for a regional athletic development center with sports hub.

The addition of a sports hub offers a local venue for sports, leisure, and recreation for the people living in the area, and simultaneously encouraging maximum participation and interaciton between the professsional and recreational sectors in the sports industry.
