Based in Cebu, Philippines, Chloe earned her bachelor’s degree in Architecture at the University of San Carlos where she received the Best Thesis Award. After gaining experience at Visionary Studio Architects (VSA) and obtaining her architectural license in 2021, she has contributed to a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Grounded in a philosophy of lifelong learning and practical application, her approach has been enriched through training and immersive experiences with Pablo Luna Studio, Kawayan Collective, Bamboo U, Base Bahay, Bamboo Bootcamp, and Habilin Farms, covering bamboo construction, regenerative design, permaculture, and sustainable land stewardship. 

These experiences complement her architectural background and continue to inform how she designs, builds, and grows regenerative spaces. Through every project, Chloe envisions spaces where people and nature coexist in balance, and she seeks to cultivate this harmony, crafting architecture that celebrates connection, integration, and renewal.
