In this workshop, you'll work with watercolor and various materials and explore playful techniques to bring your unique dream landscape to life.

SATURDAY 12 SEPTEMBER

Some family legacies have a coat of arms, visualizing their values and passed down since medieval times. Some people make their own families. Now is the time to DIY your own future legendary coat of arms. In this workshop you'll screenprint a banner on fabric and decorate it with patches, beads, ribbons, etc to make your own banner that you can either hang on a wall or take with you into battle - on the dance floor and beyond.

Materials included in the workshop price:

- fabric for banner (30x45 cm)

- patches, beads, charms and assorted embroidery and craft supplies for decorating

- screenprinting materials

- coffee/tea/snacks

No experience needed!

Workshop advice: we'll be working with textile inks, so try to wear old/not so precious clothes that you'd be ok with getting stains on.

It's time for our monthly crafternoon tea! So dust off your craft projects and come to the boter for some snacks, chats and crafts. 

We will get some nice snacks and have unlimited tea ready for you. You can take your own craft project(s) or do one of ours.

Wil je op een bijzondere locatie zelf een leren journal binden? En gebruikmaken van duurzame materialen?

Tijdens deze workshop maak je een unieke journal waarbij je met een bijzondere kruissteek vijf katernen aan een omslag van leer (of papierleer) vastnaait. Je hebt keuze uit verschillende soorten en kleuren.

Voor het blanco notitiepapier kun je kiezen uit bermgras-, tulpenbollen-, tomatenplanten- of olifantsgraspapier. Allemaal duurzame papiersoorten gefabriceerd in Nederland. Voor een meerprijs (€ 2,50) kun je ook biotop-papier gebruiken dat bedrukt is met lijntjes of dots.

Om mee te binden is er hennepkoord en andere garens in verschillende kleuren beschikbaar.

Al het gereedschap dat je nodig hebt voor het boekbinden is ook aanwezig. En er is thee met wat lekkers erbij.
