Important!!!

To ensure a peaceful and organized stay, here are the main rules of Studio 94:

The Golden Rule: Do not smoke inside the apartment. The building’s internal regulations also prohibit smoking in the common areas of the building, with penalties for non-compliance. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this rule.
Take Care of the Space: Studio 94 was thoughtfully prepared to offer comfort and convenience. We kindly ask that you treat the space as if it were your own, so future guests can enjoy it just as much.
- Do not remove anything from the apartment.
- Never dispose of anything in the toilet.
- Never throw anything out the window or balcony.
- Avoid frying food in oil (use the Air Fryer instead).
- If you’re cooking, make sure the area is well-ventilated.

Pets are not allowed.
Please avoid excessive noise, especially after 10 PM.
The presence of other people in the apartment without prior authorization is not permitted.
Walking in common areas (including elevators) without a shirt is not allowed.
Use appliances and utensils with care.
Close balcony windows and doors when using the air conditioner.
Always turn off the lights and air conditioner when leaving the apartment.
On the last day of your stay, Check-Out must be completed by 11 AM.
Extending the agreed-upon stay period will not be accepted.
It is greatly appreciated if you wash the dishes and utensils you’ve used and take out the trash before leaving. 😊

Guest Registration: All guest information must be registered prior to arrival.
Capacity: Occupancy is limited to the maximum capacity allowed for the studio.
Mail Delivery: The condominium does not accept packages or mail on behalf of guests. Guests must receive deliveries directly.
Common Areas: Guests are allowed to use the condominium’s coworking space, gym, pool, and laundry facilities.
Personal Belongings: The condominium is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings or keys.
Violations: Any violation committed will be reported to the property owner and may result in notifications, warnings, or fines, as per the regulations.
Waste Disposal: Trash must be disposed of in the designated areas within the condominium. If you are unsure, please check with the front desk. Never leave trash in an inappropriate location.
