• All orders are packed in a protective plastic sleeve and corrugated box.

• If you prefer minimal or reduced plastic packaging, feel free to message us before shipment—we’d be happy to accommodate your requests and provide alternatives.

• Box (for orders above 20 pcs): 25php, Bubble Mailer (for lesser items) - 20 php

Processing & Shipping:

• Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

• Estimated delivery time:

• Refunds or replacements will only be considered for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, provided photo/video proof is sent within 48 hours of receiving the order.
