This privacy policy applies to the Student Wars app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Wsimsek (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Student Wars does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.
The Application does not require:
an account or registration,
a nickname or username,
access to your location,
access to your contacts,
access to your photos or files,
advertising identifiers,
analytics or tracking services.
The Application does not contain advertisements or in-app purchases.
All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party.
Third Party Access
The Application does not use any third-party services that collect personal information, usage data, or analytics. Everything is stored locally on your device.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Uninstalling the Application will also delete all local save data associated with it.
Data Retention Policy
Because the Application operates offline, all game progress and data are stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not store your game data on external servers.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Since the Application does not collect personal information, there is no personal information collected through the Application from users of any age.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
