When students are in high school, College is always in the back of everyone's mind. Everyone at some point is scared of what college has to bring. Have good attendance. Going to class helps with being well prepared which makes people better with stress

Go out and party! Create healthy relationships with classmates. Go have fun and enjoy yourself. Just be smart. Don't make poor decisions that harm your academic life.
Stay on Campus
Staying on Campus makes you feel more comfortable with your surroundings. Finding clubs, and becoming familiar with the campus makes the campus feel like home
Eat and Sleep
Good eating and having a good sleep schedule gives you the energy that you need to be well prepared for college life and being able to be productive on academics!
Stress Management
Stress in College students is very common amount students! Find ways to manage stress to be productive.
Communicate
Communicate with others to be able your needs first so that you don't put yourself below others. Do this in ways that aren't rude to others.
