1)Embed your Pre-existing Dataset
Voronoi is just an example! It does not satisfy the minimum one pre-existing dataset you need to pass this project.Â
Pew ReseachÂ
iRoper (🤞), ".gov," ".edu," ".org," AP, Reuters, Axios... Pubmed, NIHS, US Census Bureau...
If I see a visual, I know that a dataset has to exist. I may be able to find it.Â
Make sure to convert any dataset you find into a google sheet and clean it in preparation for the next phase (Modeling).Â
MAKE EVERY EFFORT YOU CAN TO FIND ATTITUDINAL DATA THAT ALIGNS FAIRLY STRONGLY WITH YOUR PROJECT TOPIC.Â
This can make for a very doable DSFP/Capstone Project.Â
If your still looking for your dataset,Â
embed a Blank Spreadsheet as a placeholder.
2) United Nations Sustainable Development Goal(s), Target(s), and Indicator(s).
This will be an important step for demonstrating alignment between your work on this project (and Capstone) and at least one UN SDG, target and accompanying indicator(s).Â
Go to this link and find your SDG, Target(s) and Indicator(s).Â
Make a copy of the spreadsheet with your goal, target(s) and indicator(s) and embed it as item 2 on this page.Â
3) Predicting Variability:Â
Make a copy of this form for yourself and rename with your name.
Survey Question types, purposes, examples, strengths/weaknesses we looked at in classÂ
Embed your google form of the minimum of 5 survey questions you are contributing to the NHH CTS.Â
Share a link to your form with me here (#8) and make sure I'm an editor Â
Create at least one (1) of each of the following question types:Â
Likert Scale Question
Multiple Choice question:
Can test knowledge, awareness, conceptions and understanding of an important aspect of your project
Sematic Differential Question
Checklist Question with directions for other.
A fifth question of your choice.Â
Can be one of these last 4, a different one from the ones we looked at, or another type you find on your own.Â
If it is one that you find on your own, name it and explain what it is.Â
