Cameron of Carson Creek

Scott Cameron had always been fascinated by the Wild West whilst growing up in Scotland. He was seldom without a comic book in his hands. He loved reading about Cowboys, Outlaws, and of course Indians. Tragedy and then opportunity struck at an early age, giving Scott the chance to realize his dream of seeing the Wild West for real. Scott decided that a good way to see the real Wild West was to go hunting and after his first hunting trip he encountered his first Indians, the Cheyenne, whom he traded his furs with. During his stay in the Cheyenne village he made a number of friends, none more so than Nizhoni, an Indian maiden only slightly younger than Scott himself. Nizhoni becomes a close friend of Scott but when another hunter, with an ulterior and sinister motive, arrives at the village, kidnaps Nizhoni and takes her away from her fellow Cheyenne, Scott has to set off in pursuit of the kidnapper in an effort to return his good friend to her own people. During the pursuit Scott is put to the ultimate test and he discovers excitement, danger and romance. Most of all however he discovers that the real Wild West is nothing like the Wild West of the comic books that he read as a young boy in Scotland and quickly requires a boy to become a man.

Race To The River

Craig Armstrong is a civilian who works for the US Army as a liaison between the army and the local Cheyenne tribe. The Cheyenne live on land protected by a treaty that only allows soldiers and army liaisons such as Craig to enter it. Tracks of a Madman

When Deputy John Ryan was forced to kill a 12 year old boy in self-defence he had no idea that the incident was only the start of a chain of events that were not only tragic but were a danger to his life also. When John Ryan found out about this, he and several of his friends, set out in pursuit of Monevata and the other captives in an effort to free them and return them to their villages. During their search, John found out a piece of news that rocked him to the core. The mission to find and return the captive Indian women was already extremely difficult and very dangerous but on hearing the shocking news, it made the mission even more personal to John Ryan than it already was.

The Deadly Trail

Dean Ryker was a loner. He had been for all of his adult life and more so since the death of his parents. He had been made an orphan before his 19th birthday. The only thing that Dean liked to do was to go hunting.

Dean was a good friend of Chief Spotted Wolf, the Chief of the village, and had been since saving his life a few years earlier. When Chief Spotted Wolf asks Dean to do him another favour and bring a beautiful Indian maiden called Inayat from a village almost 600 miles away to his village so that she can be his new bride, it begins a chain of events that puts Dean’s life in mortal danger.

Dean has an ally however, a woman that he met at the trial of Sebastian Carson almost a year ago and who now is a friend. Dean’s friend, Belinda Jennings, who also happened to be the daughter of the man that was murdered by Sebastian Carson, finds out that Carson is in the process of hunting Dean down to get his revenge on him for testifying against him and which resulted in Carson himself going to jail.

By this time Dean has begun his 1200 mile journey to Inayat’s village and back so that she can marry Chief Spotted Wolf. It is up to Belinda Jennings, therefore, to set out on the trail to try to find Dean and warn him of the danger that he may be in before Sebastian Carson and his gang catch up with him.
