1. Definitions
Personal Information – Information that may be user-associated or linked directly to you, potentially revealing your specific identity.

Services – All websites and software applications owned by me, and any actions I take on behalf of a User.
User – Any individual or entity who accesses or uses my Services.

This information is typically aggregated, but may include Personal Information. I do not directly control the collection of data by third-party providers.
I do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the minimum legal age required for collecting Personal Information in your location (13 years old in the U.S.) without verified parental/guardian consent.
I do not knowingly request or process sensitive categories of data (such as health, financial, biometric, or similar information).
3. How I Use Information
I may use collected information to:
Provide, maintain, and improve my Services.
Respond to inquiries and offer support.
Display and improve advertisements, if applicable.
For marketing and promotional communications.
Monitor performance, security, and usage trends.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
I keep collected information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. When I have no ongoing legitimate business need for collected information, I will delete or anonymize it as soon as possible. I may keep Personal Information provided directly to me through support inquiries for up to 12 months after the inquiry is resolved. Personal Information that you have provided directly to me for promotions and marketing will be deleted when you opt out of such communications unless the information is necessary for other purposes, and will not be kept more than 5 years unless you consent to continued communications.
7. Do-Not-Track / Cookies
My Services may use cookies, pixels, and/or similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality, improve performance, for analytics, and/or for advertising. If tracking features are in place for any of my Services, a do-not-track option will be made available in a prominent location. If required by law, I will provide options to accept/decline non-essential cookies before storing non-essential cookies. Some cookies may be essential to my Services. If you disable cookies, tracking, or certain permissions in your device or browser, some Services may not function properly.
On some software platforms, controls to limit tracking will be made available before tracking technologies are enabled within the Software, if applicable.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may contact me to request access to, correction of, limit use of, or deletion of your Personal Information (if any), subject to legal exceptions. You may opt out of promotional/marketing communications at any time. You may opt out of the collection of crash/error logs, performance data, or similar technical information within your device settings (if the option is available for your device). You may opt out of tracking technologies as described in the Do-Not-Track / Cookies section of this Policy. You may also choose to not use my Services.
You have privacy rights in accordance with applicable laws. You may have additional privacy rights other than rights specifically included within this Policy under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You may contact me using the details in the Contact Information section of this Policy to exercise those privacy rights. I will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Residents of the State of California
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits Users who are California residents to request and obtain from me, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of Personal Information (if any) disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which I shared Personal Information in the immediately preceding calendar year (a 12-month look-back period). You may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If you are a California resident, you (or your authorized agent) can make a request in writing to me using the information in the Contact Information section of this Privacy Policy.
9. Security
I take reasonable steps to protect collected information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Collected data may be stored in cloud storage with multi-factor authentication. I make no guarantee regarding the protection of collected information from unauthorized third parties. Use my Services at your own risk. In the event of a data breach, I will take reasonable steps to notify affected Users where required by applicable law.
10. International Use
My Services may be accessed from countries around the world. If you use my Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and/or processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Continued use of my Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
