1) Address of property including postcode.
2) Photo of front elevation.
3) Architect's or Building Surveyor's drawings with dimensions. Alternatively a sketch with dimensions may do (hand drawn and scanned okay).
4) Include clear span dimension of beams.
5) Thickness of walls and constructions of walls at each end of beams. (i.e. brickwork or blockwork)
