StrongFi is an Android Wi-Fi roaming utility published by IAS EXPRESS. This policy explains what the app accesses, where information is stored, and how Google Play billing works.
AT A GLANCE
StrongFi processes Wi-Fi and app information on your device to help you manage paired networks and switch to a stronger connection. The app does not send this information to StrongFi-operated servers, and it does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. Google Play handles purchases and subscriptions.
WI-FI AND NEARBY NETWORK INFORMATION
When you use network scanning or roaming features, Android may provide StrongFi with nearby Wi-Fi network names (SSIDs), signal strength, frequency, BSSID, and information about your current network. StrongFi uses these details on your device to display network status, compare paired access points, and perform Wi-Fi handoffs. Android may require Nearby Wi-Fi Devices and/or Location permission and Location services for scanning, depending on your Android version. StrongFi does not use GPS to track your movements. If you deny permissions, some scanning or switching features may not work.
WI-FI PASSWORDS AND APP SETTINGS
If you enter a Wi-Fi password, StrongFi stores it in app storage on your device so Android can connect to the paired network when needed. Network names, preferences, roaming thresholds, purchase entitlement status, trial state, and activity history are also stored locally. StrongFi does not transmit saved Wi-Fi passwords or activity history to its servers. Protect access to your device, and remove saved networks from StrongFi and Android Wi-Fi settings when you no longer want them available.
DEVICE-LOCAL TRIAL STATE
StrongFi may read Android’s app-scoped device identifier and keep a local trial timestamp/marker to maintain trial state on that device. This is processed locally and is not sent to StrongFi servers. Android storage behavior varies by version; removing the app may not remove Wi-Fi suggestions or every device-wide file created by Android. You can review and remove Wi-Fi networks in Android settings.
GOOGLE PLAY BILLING
StrongFi uses Google Play Billing for the annual subscription and lifetime purchase. Google Play processes payment information and account details. StrongFi receives purchase status and product information from the Play Billing library so it can unlock or restore Pro features. StrongFi does not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through your Google Play account.
SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
StrongFi does not sell your information or share locally stored Wi-Fi details with the developer or advertising networks. Google Play and Android provide billing, Wi-Fi, permission, and operating-system services; their handling of information is governed by Google’s own policies. The app may open Google Play pages for subscription management.
RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES
Your Wi-Fi details, preferences, and activity history remain in local app storage until you remove them or clear the app’s data. You can revoke permissions in Android settings and remove saved networks in StrongFi or Android Wi-Fi settings. Uninstalling StrongFi removes app-private data; Android-managed network suggestions or device-wide state may require separate removal in Android settings.
CHILDREN
StrongFi is intended for adults and is not designed for children under 18.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The current version will be published at this address with its updated date. For privacy questions, contact the developer using the support email shown on StrongFi’s Google Play listing.
