Your brain is personal. Your plan should be too.
Dementia risk begins shifting decades before symptoms appear.
But you can change your brain's future with small daily actions.
Hi, I'm Caroline Young, founder of A Calm Strength and creator of Stronger for Longer.
After losing my Mum to dementia, I decided to combine my passion for movement, nutrition, mindset and brain health to help other women take proactive steps to protect their wellbeing.
As a caregiver and wellness advocate, I understand what it means to juggle responsibilities while quietly worrying about your own health. I've walked the path - exhausted, overwhelmed, but determined not to let myself fall to the bottom of the list.
Stronger for Longer was born from that experience. It's for women like you who want to stay strong, sharp and resilient - not just for short-term results, but to protect your future health.
This isn't about quick fixes, strict diets or endless intense workouts.
It's about sustainable, science-backed habits that strengthen, nourish and support your body and your brain.
