Official Rules — StrongArm Holdings LLC - 2011 BMW 328I X Drive Giveaway Sweepstakes (2011BMW")
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by StrongArm Holdings LLC (“Sponsor”), located in Spring Green, Wisconsin. All decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins July 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and ends when all 500 tickets have been sold or the Sponsor ends the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion, whichever occurs first.
4. How to Enter
a. Purchase Method
Eligible individuals may purchase any and all available tickets at https://square.link/u/j0hl8LFL or other official channels as designated by Sponsor.
Limit of 500 total tickets available for sale.
No limit on the number of tickets an individual may purchase, subject to availability.
b. Free Mail-In Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without purchase, send a 3” x 5” card with your full name, your address, your phone number, your email address and a hand-written sentence: “I want to enter the StrongArm Holdings LLC 2011BMW Giveaway Sweepstakes” to:

No P.O. boxes or random sized cards will be accepted without you contacting the administrator, Andrew Armstrong directly at 608-459-5421 prior to sending.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person, per physical mailing address.
Maximum of 1,500 total mail-in entries accepted for a total of 2,000 entries. Any entries received beyond the limited 1,500 mail in entries will not be allowed to participate. If you had paid yet were beyond the allowed paid 500 entries you will be reimbursed in full directly from StrongArm Holdings LLC. All mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within 3 Days of to all tickets being sold.

Full professional detailing to be completed prior to winner delivery
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000-$15,000 or less
Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, registration, title, insurance, and delivery/transportation fees.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries (purchased + mail-in).
Drawing will take place within 30 days after the final ticket is sold.
Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 business days of the drawing.
The winner must respond within 14 days or forfeit the prize and an alternate may be selected.
Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release where permitted by law.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Maximum of 2,000 total entries (500 purchasable + 1,500 mail-in entries max).
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, city/state, photo, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Entries that are incomplete, lost, late, illegible, or misdirected are void.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Vehicle to be personally or professionally delivered as-is in its current state regardless of its operation and usage after the sweepstakes winner has been selected.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes. In no event shall Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. All disputes shall be resolved in courts within Dane County, WI.
12. Privacy

13. Winner Announcement
The prize winner of this sweepstakes will be drawn at random by a neutral party live on https://www.facebook.com/people/StrongArm-Holdings-Llc/100088876699209/ The winner’s first name and state may be published on the Sponsor's website and/or social media platforms. If you have participated in this sweepstakes and want to know the winner of this "2011BMW Sweepstakes", send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above after the Sweepstakes conclude that request to know whom was the winner.
