Yes, Strixe Ventures (formerly knowns as Strixe Apparel Sdn Bhd) is officially registered with SSM.

2. Are the shirts ready stock or preorder?

Our shirts are preorder items (depends), and it will take 2 - 3 weeks for orders to be prepared. But for delivery, it will take 3 - 6 weeks depending on product availability. (Customer need to confirm with our sellers)

3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We will deliver your order after the shirts are ready and pass the quality check.

4. Do I have to order a certain number of shirts?

No, Strixe Apparel offers no-minimum t-shirts which means you can order as few as one shirt of your choice!

5. Can I add name on my shirts?

Yes, we will charge as low as RM5.00 for any name that you want to add on your shirts.

6. I’m around your area, may I come to your store?

Yes, we are open for discussion to our nearby customers.

7. The size does not fit me, may I change for a new size?

Yes, we allow for changes to be made.
