YOUTH: This registration & waiver needs to be signed by a parent. Fill out the YOUTH Registration Google Form for EACH youth attending (ex: if you have 2 children, you will need to fill the form out twice). Attach the waiver to this form and fill everything out.
SPONSORS: Leaders or retreaters over 18 (but still in grade 12), you can fill this waiver out for yourself. You will also need to upload a criminal record check along with it (since our youth are valuable & we want to keep them safe!)
Payment will be through Zeffy, an online payment platform. Use the link below to "purchase tickets" for Strive and pay for them online.
*if online payment is NOT an option for you, speak to the youth leader / Pastor of the church you are going with, as they can figure out a way to pay on your behalf, or contact us at striveagc@gmail.com
We suggest travelling as a group with your church / youth group (hello road games & snacks!). We know it can be a long drive for some, but this is the most central area we've found, as we have churches who come from as far west as BC and as far east as Manitoba!
