Hey, I'm Keira Ayoub. I love science, reading, math, sports, art and anything related to learning new things! I am currently attending North Toronto C.I. as a grade ten student, and previously attended Deer Park, for all of my elementary career. I have developed leadership skills, and I value making learning a fun experience, by bringing in creativity and expression. I feel that students should have the opportunity to learn in a way that they feel comfortable, and I strive not only for excellence, but for making the individual feel confident and in charge of their education. I have developed experience teaching young children swim lessons at the YMCA, as well as being a camp leader at both swim camp and science camp. I am confident that with my intent to learn and creative additions to traditional teaching, I can students be their best selves.

Hi! I'm Sophie Block, a grade ten student at North Toronto CI. I love to read, write and learn new things. I have been tutoring for three years, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I value making what seems boring fun so that students not only retain the information better, but become engaged. In the fall of 2020, I launched a debate academy, called Champion Debate Academy, that teaches debate online to those in grade 3-6. This has only encouraged me to find new ways to motivate others and help learners do better. In addition to this, I love leadership roles. I am a grade rep, a section editor for my school newspaper, I am a peer tutor, I am on the announcements team, I am part of the Model UN club at my school, and I lead programs for children at my community centre. I hope that with my passion for knowledge and teaching, I can help your child shine.
