December 17-19, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China
This focused workshop aims to bring together researchers around China working at the intersection of string theory, geometry, and supersymmetric quantum field theories. The goal is to foster informal discussions and new collaborations, with special emphasis on interdisciplinary exchange among string theorists and mathematicians. The event will provide a friendly environment to develop the cross-disciplinary knowledge with the aim of carrying over string theory tools to modern problems in mathematics, as well as to apply new mathematical results to the forefront of research in string theory.
The workshop includes a broad array of topics, ranging from holographic dualities and modern geometric methods in high-energy theory, to enumerative and algebraic geometry.
The workshop will feature a small number of talks each day to allow plenty of time for discussion and interaction. Each day will consist of:
4 plenary talks (50 minutes + 10 minutes for questions), and
2 short contributed talks (25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions).
The workshop will take place, in person, from Wednesday, 17th to Friday, 19th of December 2025.
It will be held at the Shuangqing Comprehensive Building, Tsinghua University, Haidian District, Beijing, China.
