Poster Session & Gong Show

In addition to the plenary talks, there will be a poster session preceded by a Gong show, where the posters will be pitched in a 2 minute presentation. If you would like to contribute with a poster and a Gong show talk, please fill out the according fields in the registration form. Unfortunately, we can accommodate only a limited number of proposed posters and gong show talks, and we will let you know in due time whether your poster and talk have been selected.

The costs of the dinner will be covered for participants of the poster session and Gong show.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held the 4th of May at City castle Oudaen. The costs for the conference dinner are 50 Euros per person. This also holds for additional guests joining conference participants.
