We collect personal information in order to provide and improve Our products and services. This information includes the following data types:
User Content
String art projects in the app, including project names, colors, nail sequences, and other project data, as well as app preferences, are stored on the device. Depending on platform, this data may also be backed up or synchronized through the user's account. On iOS, it is synchronized with the user's private iCloud. On Android, it may be included in Android's automatic device backup to the user's Google Account, if backup is enabled on the device.
Device ID
Device ID, such as Firebase installation ID, is used to enable Firebase services and collected with the Firebase SDK.
Product Interaction
Product Interaction is used for analytics, such as understanding feature usage and app performance, and is collected with Google Analytics for Firebase.
Crash Data
Crash Data (including crash reports, error logs, stack traces, and device information at time of crash) is used for identifying and fixing app issues, and collected with Firebase Crashlytics.
Diagnostic Data
Diagnostic Data (including performance metrics, network connectivity information, and technical diagnostic information) is used for app functionality and performance monitoring, and collected with the Firebase SDK.
Approximate Location
Approximate location (for example, city-level location derived from IP address) may be collected by Google Analytics for Firebase and used for analytics.
Security
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case We discover that a child under 13 has provided Us with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact Us so that We will be able to do the necessary actions.
Data Retention
Projects, including project names, colors, nail sequences, and other project data, as well as app preferences, are stored on your device until you delete them. On iOS, data synchronized with your private iCloud remains there until you delete it. On Android, data backed up to your Google Account is retained according to Google's backup retention rules.
Firebase data is retained according to Firebase's retention policies.
Website Data Collection
