This agreement will be sent to your email after creating a Client Profile. Please sign electronically.  

This must be signed by any person that does not have a membership, but will be using the facility for anything, such as practice, private lessons, or hitting tunnels. 

***If you are a coach please, send this to all parents of your team. Have printed and signed before hosting practice in the facility. We will only print 1 per team.
