CYNQ VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“CYNQ VENTURES”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the StrideGate mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the App.By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We do not run our own analytics servers and do not sell or rent your data.
Health and screen‑time data are processed on your device and are not sent to us.
Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment details.
Delete the App to delete data stored on your device.
Health data (optional, with consent): Steps and related activity metrics read from Apple HealthKit to display your daily progress and goals. We do not write data to HealthKit.
Screen‑time/Family Controls data (optional, with consent): App categories or selections you choose to shield, schedules you set, and enforcement state. This is handled via Apple’s Family Controls and DeviceActivity frameworks and is used only to apply your rules.
Purchase information: Product identifiers, subscription status, and App Store receipts necessary to unlock premium features and validate your entitlement. No credit card data is collected by us.
Notifications preferences: Your choices for reminders and local notification settings.
App settings and usage preferences: In‑app configuration (e.g., goals, UI preferences).
Support communications: If you email us, we receive the information you provide (e.g., name, email, message content).
We do not collect precise location, contact list, photos, or microphone/Camera data.
Provide core features such as step tracking, progress visualization, and inactivity nudges.
Apply your screen‑time rules and app locking schedules.
Process and restore purchases and subscriptions.
Communicate with you regarding support requests.
Maintain the App’s security and integrity.
We do not use your Health or screen‑time data for advertising or profiling.
HealthKit and Family Controls data are processed on‑device. We do not transmit these data to our servers.
Purchase receipts and entitlement state are stored securely on your device and may be re‑validated with Apple when needed.
If your device is backed up to iCloud, some App data may be included in your personal iCloud backup under your control.
We retain support emails for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations.
To delete local App data, you can delete the App from your device. This removes data stored by the App on the device.
Apple: We share purchase receipts and entitlement checks with Apple solely to validate transactions. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment card details.
Service providers and third parties: We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share HealthKit data with third parties.
Legal: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
The App reads HealthKit data only after you grant permission in the Health app.
We use Health data only to provide health and fitness features in the App.
We do not use Health data for marketing, advertising, or data brokerage.
You can revoke access at any time via Apple Health settings.
Screen‑time and app‑locking features rely on Apple’s system frameworks.
We do not export detailed app usage outside your device.
You can adjust or revoke permissions in iOS Settings.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). Parents or guardians control Family Controls permissions through Apple’s systems. If you believe a child provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

EEA/UK/California residents may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We use platform security features (e.g., iOS data protection) and reasonable safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We do not operate our own backend. Purchases and platform services are provided by Apple, which may process data on servers outside your country subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
