We are a student-led, non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gender gap in STEM. Through education, mentorship, and community-driven initiatives, we empower young minds to break barriers and inspire change. Our mission starts locally but aims to create a lasting impact on the future of science and innovation.

"Growing up in an all girls school, I was led to believe that girls believed in their own ability as much as myself and everyone else I knew. That image was shattered when I moved to a co-ed school, where A-Levels were the main high school qualification. The majority of people did three subjects, the more ambitious ones did four."
"Despite that, I was the only girl in my entire graduating class to study physics and computer science. Similar trends can be seen with many of the graduated seniors, and also in the younger year groups, and across multiple schools too. Many of our members are in a similar situation to me, and Stride101 aims to come together to change the stigma with girls and STEM based subjects."

"I am the creator of this website and the author of some of the IGCSE revision notes available here. My goal is to support pupils by offering detailed, yet easy-to-understand, notes to aid their revision, especially during stressful exam seasons effectively."
"This initiative challenges the norm of male-dominated fields like STEMM, proving that women can also drive impactful change in society. Furthermore, this project aims to raise money for a charity, showing that academic resources can indeed help change lives."
